The work I did with you four years ago to release me from anxiety and panic attacks was so successful that I knew you would be able to help me prepare for childbirth. My daughter Lauren entered the world safely following a three-hour labour, which was marvellous. I used self-hypnosis throughout and felt calm and in control. It's the eve of my first anniversary as a non-smoker and I felt that I wanted to let you know how successful the hypnotherapy was. I guess most of your clients simply go about their lives and you never get to hear if the therapy has worked? Thank you so much Christine for helping me get over my fears about needles and going on escalators. I have been in hospital and had my wisdom teeth removed, which was much better than I'd anticipated. Also, I have been able to go on escalators without any worries. I attended my scheduled appointment with the consultant, fully expecting to be admitted for surgery to treat the two hernias, which had been troubling me for months. During the examination he was very perplexed that there were no protrusions or any discomfort.
His comment was, "Whatever it is that you've been doing, carry on with it. I don't need to see you for another nine months".
It is so wonderful to be able to do all the normal things and bend down without any pain. This result is an added bonus because I originally came to see you about low self-confidence and anxiety. I am feeling so much more at ease in public and have joined the church choir. I even surprised everyone by singing a solo - a first!
